Benefit Society intends to produce a product that stands out for its certified food safety characteristics, organoleptic quality, demonstrable complete compliance with legal requirements, processes and specifications declared in its quality - safety - environment system.
It therefore commits itself to:

  • make all its products and manage its production system in full compliance with international, national and regional compulsory regulations;
  • Pursue an increasingly qualified knowledge of manufacturers' offerings, through constant monitoring, the ability to predict/stress their evolution, and the selection of the best ones for reliability and quality;
  • develop procedures and continuously verify performance results, amending, where necessary, the policy, management system, procedures as well as adopted programs;
  • encourage new ideas and improvement proposals; allocate the right resources to implement policy and production plans.

Testing Laboratory

ANALYTICAL SERVICESThe in-house chemical laboratory provides for the critical and analytical execution of the main analytical activities concerning Extra Virgin Olive Oil, both for product quality and organoleptic characteristics. All chemical-physical analyses are performed with respect to the international standards. In addition, the laboratory makes use of modern instrumentation that undergoes regular technical maintenance and a meticulously calibrated system of scales. Our strengths are the reliability of analytical data, as well as confidentiality, veracity and impartiality, tested through annual participation in Proficiency Tests, used by our technical staff to continuously monitor analytical processes and the progress of their work. Finoliva Global Service S.p.A. Benefit Society recognizes its responsibilities to the community in which it operates and its commitment to respect the environment and protect natural resources. For the practical implementation of this policy, the Finoliva Global Service S.p.A. S.B. is committed to:

  • Comply with all state, regional, provincial and/or local environmental legislative provisions, adopting where possible the latest European provisions, anticipating state legislation in line with an advanced managerial model of pro-active enterprise such as the Finoliva Global Service S.p.A. B.C. wants to configure itself;
  • Strive to reduce to the minimum allowed by production requirements and technological evolution the environmental impacts resulting from the activities carried out at all stages of the process, through the proper assessment of the same and the implementation of initiatives for continuous improvement;
  • prevent pollution through optimizing the consumption of raw materials and energy and, where possible, through the reduction of waste sent for disposal, encouraging recovery and recycling, including by entering into conventions and agreements with specialized firms and consortia;
  • to spread its commitment in favor of environmental protection to its employees, suppliers, and those who for work reasons collaborate with Finoliva Global Service S.p.A. B.C. every day, and also to maintain a cooperative relationship with the supervisory authorities.

to our employees

FINOLIVA GLOBAL SERVICE S.p.A. Benefit Society. was founded in 1999 on the Initiative of Consorzio Nazionale Olivicoltori- CNO today ITALIA OLIVICOLA S.c.a.r.l. (60%) and CIO S.c.r.l. - Cooperativa di Produzione e Lavoro (former CIOS Employees - 40%). Today the corporate composition has partially changed with the entry of producers from different regions of Italy into the membership of O.P..

It is one of those examples of a company in which workers have an active participation in the company they are employed by.

Compliance with all Contractual and Work Safety Regulations. It is useful to point out that the Finoliva Global Service S.p.A. Benefit Societyfully complies with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of Cooperative Companies for the Processing of Agricultural Products and Processing of Food Products signed on 02.12.2020 and all mandatory workplace safety regulations.

Corporate Supplementary Agreement

On 17th October 2022, the company signed the company's Supplementary Trade Union Agreement, which provides a production bonus for employees linked to the achievement of productivity, quality, innovation, and efficiency goals, a bonus that is regularly disbursed. Another innovative element is flexibility in working hours used in sectors where this is possible and corporate Welfare interventions. Bargaining Corporate Grades On 08th July 2018 the company signed the Trade Union Agreement with a revision of level grading and revision of corporate minimums beyond what is established in the above-mentioned CCNL.
